Return Policy
If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons or defects, please contact customer service within the seven-day curing period. Only one free return per order during the curing period is accepted. If you return the item without contacting customer service within the curing period, the brand will not accept your return and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Items that cannot be returned and special circumstances:
Exceeding the seven-day curing period.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, intimate apparel (underwear, pajamas, socks, swimwear, all items containing bras, etc.) and accessories (earrings, ear studs, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.) are considered personal hygiene items and therefore are not subject to a curing period. For reasons of personal hygiene, returns are not accepted.
Items with noticeable perfume, cigarette odors, foundation, lipstick stains, removed product tags, water exposure, or scratches or damage to accessories are not eligible for returns.
The shoes or soles show obvious signs of wear, stains, creases, or other signs of being worn; the accessories, dust bag, tag (including tag string), or shoe box are missing. Do not directly affix stickers, writings, or tape to the shoe box, or otherwise damage the shoe box. Returns will not be accepted if the shoe box is damaged.

To protect both parties, please ensure you record the entire unpacking process to ensure that no items are missing. For misshipped, out-of-stock, or defective items, please use the original, clear, and complete unpacking video. (A complete video must be shot from the unopened box. Videos that are fast-forwarded or have obvious signs of editing will not be accepted.)
Defect handling instructions
If you encounter a product defect, please provide your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a written description, and contact customer service for assistance.
Refunds are available in the form of credit or cash.
