1. Orders will be processed by our China warehouse within 24 hours. A tracking number will be provided upon receipt of the shipment.

2. If you have not received tracking information after 3-5 business days, please contact LISILKCLOUD customer service for assistance.

4. Packages will be delivered within 3-10 business days of receiving the tracking number.

5. If any parts are missing or damaged during shipping, please contact LISILKCLOUD customer service for a free replacement.

6. Quotes include shipping costs but do not include return shipping.

7. Shipping is done via courier services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS.
